Transfer pricing - BEPS 13

 

Submit your BEPS declaration using the Supertax module ‘Transfer Pricing - BEPS 13’. You can enter or paste data in the familiar Microsoft Excel environment, so that submitting your declaration does not become a time-consuming task. After all, every year the declarations contain a lot of data that has to be repeated over and over again.
We offer you the opportunity to request a FREE download of the Beta version of our new BEPS 13 module. From the Excel file, you can create an xml file that you can upload to the FPS Finance web application.

Form 275 Master File (MF) – Mandatory since 01/01/2016. Contains general information about the multinational group (activities, structure, financial data). The original submission deadline of 31/12/2017 has been extended to 31/03/2018.

Form 275 Local File (LF) – Part 1 has been applicable since 01/01/2016 and requires detailed information about the Belgian entities, such as local competitors and financial figures.
Part 2, mandatory since 01/01/2017, deals with intra-group transactions above 1 million euros.
